Shipping policy

Shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days. (10-14) business days during high volume times and/or holidays. 

Once your order has been shipped. Oh Beach Cosmetics is no longer responsible or liable. Oh Beach Cosmetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information. If your shipping information was filled out incorrectly, please email us immediately. if you have issues with shipping, you can contact info@ohbeachcosmetics.com, and we will do our best to assist you. 

Every purchase is final. No cancelations.

  • All packages are shipped via USPS ONLY.
  • If your order is returned to sender, we will contact you via email to the same address provided at checkout. If you're requesting for your order to reship, you must purchase a reship fee. If you would rather not have your order reshipped, we will issue a store credit in the full amount minus the shipping cost.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Exchanges are accepted for any damaged product. If you have received any damaged items, you must contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving the damaged products.

We do not accept any opened products for unsanitary reasons.

International Shipping

  • Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, these charges will not be covered or reimbursed by Oh Beach Cosmetics.
  • Check with your country's customs office to determine these additional costs before placing your order.

 

 Please track your packages. Oh Beach Cosmetics has no control over what happens to your package once it is delivered to USPS. If there is a problem with your package, delivery, or tracking number. Please contact USPS directly.
