Refund policy

Returns:
We will accept items for exchange IF they were received damaged or defective.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. Take a picture of the item(s) and the original packaging slip and email them to
customerservice@ohbeachcosmetics.com. Explain the issue with the item(s).
After we have reviewed the situation, we will contact you with detailed instructions on returning the item(s), and the process we will take to get your item(s) replaced.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will not accept any returns of products for any reason other than item(s) being damage or defective.

Please know that if we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped, the refund will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Any order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receiving merchandise.
Your packaging slip is your proof of purchase and it MUST be presented for ALL discrepancies.
You will need to send a picture of the items received, and packaging slip to
customerservice@ohbeachcosmetics.com
The value of the store credit will be in the amount the item(s) were purchased for.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Note:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
A refund will not be issued if you provided an incorrect address at checkout.
